Worst Thing a Carpet Cleaner Has Ever Done!?

Or what's the worst thing you have caught an employee doing? I caught one of my employees spray misting the wand in the air in clean rooms. When I confronted him he said the customer will not know as long as the room is wet. I said yes but I know, your fired! So what's the worst thing you have ever saw or heard a carpet cleaner doing???
